A week ago, I went to a birthday party. It was a laser tag party. If you don't know what laser tag is, let me explain. Every player has this gun that shoots laser and so the point of the game is to shoot people's sensors. The sensors are on your hip and shoulders. So after you hit a person you get points, but if you get hit you can't shoot for 5 seconds. So that's how you play.
When you get there you make up your own codename. Mine was Yoda; one of my friend's is Michael Jackson. You put on suits with sensors. Then we were led into this maze place with 2 stories. So in the maze we shoot poeple for an action packed 20 minutes. It was so awesome. They call your name and give you your scorecard when 20minutes is over. I didn't do that well. But anyway that was an awesome party.

What will you do on your birthday? I think that most times, I would rather go to a boy's party than a girl's because they are more fun and really for kids. Audrey has a friend who invited her to a makeover birthday party - for six year olds! They get their hair done and stuff. Don't tell Audrey about this party because I did not tell her about it and I told her friend's mother that Audrey would not be able to attend. Granted, some people might say that the kind of party you went you is somewhat violent, I think you all know that it was all pretend and for fun and you had to move - like exercising. I guess one might say that Audrey's friend's makeover birthday party was not too different from the beauty parlor game my sisters and I played when we were kids. Still, we did it at home and improvised. For her friend's birthday party, they held it at a children's haircut place that offers makeover birthday parties. It would feel real to the children. Would you have liked to go to a makeover birthday party? Anwyay, thanks for sharing your story and for letting me share mine.
